Word Processing

Missionaries do a lot of word processing, simply because they do a lot of communication. And since missionaries have a very dramatic range of IT skills, their use of programs ranges a lot also. Some use old favorites, like vi and wordstar, but most use the most recent, GUI based tools.

Note that OpenOffice has many localizations (Interface and tools, including spell checking) in many different languages. Great for nationals and missioanries and no extra licensing is required - still free. Shawn - Missionary Tech Support
