Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network (RAINN)
The US'  largest anti-sexual assault organization. RAINN operates the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1.800.656.HOPE and carries out programs to prevent sexual assault, help victims and ensure that rapists are brought to justice. Bass, Ellen & Davis, Lauren (1994). The Courage to Heal (3rd edition) Revised and Expanded : A Guide for Women Survivors of Child Sexual Abuse. Collins.
Offers help and encouragement to women who were sexually abused in childhood. Using first person narratives, it describes the effects of sexual abuse, maps the stages survivors pass through, and offers practical guidance on dealing with self-defeating behaviors and building self-esteem. Supportive strategies are recommended to families, friends, and health-care professionals. The final "Resources for Healing" lists services and self-help programs and a bibliography.

Maltz, Wendy (2001). The Sexual Healing Journey : A Guide for Survivors of Sexual Abuse (Revised Edition). A how-to, personal therapy book written in the form of an informative case study with concrete details on what constitutes abuse. The author demonstrates how abuse may get buried in a victim's unconscious mind and subsequently result in sexual dysfunction which must be replaced by a healthy approach to sex in the healing process.
