Family Literacy Foundation - Youth Reading Role Models
This unique community service program empowers high school youth to transform their communities by volunteering to read aloud with preschool children.
The Juvenile Justice Role Model Development Program (Florida State University)
Established in 1995 in response to state and national concern about the rapid increase in serious juvenile crime and the growing number of young people identified as "at-risk". The goal is to meet a critical shortage of trained professionals for programs that provide young people with strong, positive role models in their communities.
