Brief Description :

New Song Community Church has transformed a 15-block neighborhood through ministries that touch every area of residents' lives. They partner with Habitat for Humanity to build and renovate housing. They launched Eden Jobs to help residents with job placement, a health clinic to provide quality healthcare to the community, and a transitional home for women recovering from substance abuse. A variety of student programs evolved into New Song’s Middle School Academy, which now boasts 110 students and 30+ employees, most from the neighborhood. These programs work together to create a neighborhood residents can thrive in and be proud of.

Tip : Check out the annual national conference of the Christian Community Development Association (CCDA) for opportunities to meet hundreds of FBO leaders engaged in neighborhood renewal.
