I wondered if you know a program that my friend's ten-year old son could participate in...he has recently been discovered as a sex offender, aggressing on more than one child, including his sister. He has no remorse or repentance. His mother is a new Christian, growing very quickly in Jesus. He will most likely be sent away to an unprofitable program here in town. I so would like to see him really be ministered to, and not just sent through an ineffective system.
