Project Description: Alicia Ingram's year-long replicable project focuses on the creation and implementation of an operational manual for a computer lab in an urban setting. In her PowerPoint presentation, Alicia outlines what needs to be evaluated and determined for an effective operational manual. 

Alicia includes helpful questions such as:

  • What computers, printers, software are readily available?
  • How many volunteers will there be? Do any of the current volunteers have computer knowledge that we should?

 

 Also included is Alicia's Operation manual for her site, which includes:

  • Computer identification sheets
  • Volunteer check-off sheet
  • Discipline Point System
  • Rules and discipline policy section
