What do the numbers mean and what is the scale, i.e. from 1-100 1 being the least and 100 being the most. Also which characteristic is at each extreme for each factor?

It would be helpful to provide an indication how the estimated values are actually computed.
data error?
There are a couple of countries (e.g. Slovakia) that are showing more than 100 in categories. I'm doing a class project on cultural dimension and I have to use Slovakia in my research. Is it possible that there is an error on their information? Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.
