For their replicable project, Marquis Robinson and Mychal Robinson-Wiley together led a pre-leadership program called "Follow-ship" with the goal of teaching their youth the fundamentals and behavior that come before leadership.  Program activities involved service projects, staged debates, and even sports games as examples for character building.  This PowerPoint presentation is an overall look at their program and provides tips for conducting a similar one.  It concludes with their results and an evaluation of their program's strengths and weaknesses.
