When you click on our ministry name, it goes to Error page and I can't resolve the issue

Hi We really really need your help. I have set up our organization profile and have been having the same problem for months and years and am unable to fix it. When you click on our name, Clubs In The City, in any volunteer listing or wherever the name appears on your site, you go to an error page. Our organization profile never comes up and there is never anything that comes up where you can click on our website. There is no way for volunteers who find our volunteer listings to learn more about our organization. You can please fix this for us if you like. I am so tired of trying different solutions. Our website address is www.clubsinthecity.org I can give you our password to fix the profile, but I don't imagine you need it.
