Description

The Habitat for Humanity Store Tacoma/Pierce County is a Home Improvement Outlet (HIO) that sells new and gently used donated building materials and home improvement items at reduced prices. All proceeds from sales fund additional Habitat for Humanity homes in Pierce County. A Habitat Store volunteer is an integral part of helping the store run smoothly and effectively. The most valuable gift you can give us is your time. The following volunteer positions are available: cashier, office support, public relations/advertising, donation pick-up,showroom and warehouse sales, pricing assistant, warehouse unloading, interior design, and more! If you have any other skills or areas of expertise that you feel can benefit the Habitat Store, give us a call. We welcome all and would love to have you as a volunteer. Tell your friends and family about the volunteer opportunities at the Habitat Store.

To begin volunteering, please contact Ian Lempke at 253-627-5626 or ilempke@tpc-habitat.org and attend a New Volunteer Orientation. Once you have attended an orientation, call Karen Roice at 253-779-8149 to sign up for a shit.
