Description

Bell Ringing/Kettle Sponsorship
During the holiday season, with the help of volunteers, The Salvation Army seeks to collect program funding through monetary collection in our kettles. These kettles are placed outside of our local grocery and super stores. The money collected fuels our programs and services and allows us to help more people in our community that are in need. We are seeking volunteers to staff our kettle locations on Saturdays.. Locations are spread out amongst the DC metro area, which would allow volunteers to choose the most convenient location to serve.

As an organization that thrives off of volunteers, we are most understanding and compromising with your schedule. We will set up a schedule that is manageable for you to serve. Whether you give 2 hours or 8 hours, it will tremendously help us in reaching out to the community more and more.
