Description

Much more than an after-school program, the Homework House is bringing hope and encouragement to the children of Azusa. How? By providing welcoming, safe havens where children are encouraged to reach for their dreams and are equipped with the tools to realize them. We accomplish this by investing in each child through one-on-one tutoring, enrichment activities and building lasting mentoring relationships that span their childhood and teen years.

K-7 th Program

Between the months of September-May, we are looking for tutors to provide one-on-one homework assistance to the same student(s) once or twice a week from anywhere to 1-1½ hours. Tutors choose tutoring sessions based on their availability and desired age group.
