We live and work in villages.

The opportunities involve a two way learning process both for the recipient as well as for the volunteer and lifelong meaningful relationships. At the end of the time to be able to see the long-term as well as eternal investment will give satisfaction and sense of fulfillment.
In principle we maintain a 8 hour work day six days a week but due to the magnitude of work and needs we easily put in ten hours a day and even more. Nothing begins or ends on time in the villages. We are teaching people who come to us the value of time keeping but it will change only when we see the community changing with them.
All volunteers will have to be flexible with work hours and routine.
Spiritual opportunities are plenty but only in a discipleship environment. We seek and welcome volunteers who will LIVE Christ-likeness through their word and work.
Each volunteer will become our team member and carry an equal amount of work load and responsibilities including household chores.

Elementary School teachers:
Teaching ESL, Dance, Drama, Music both instrumental and vocal, painting and any other forms of the arts

Training in handy skills:
Home electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping (gardening), house painting

Farm work:
Vermiculture, kitchen gardening
