Maybe you want to get experience with urban youth. Maybe you have a penchant for games and activities. Maybe you love to tutor. Or maybe you just love kids. Whatever your reason, if you’re interested in volunteering for us as Summer Program Staff, we’d love to talk to you. POSITION TITLE: Summer Program Staff
LOCATION:
(1) Lower Mills Campus: 2214 Dorchester Ave, Dorchester, MA 02124
(2) Columbia Road Campus: 790 Columbia Road, Dorchester, MA, 02125
TIME REQUIREMENT: flexible, within 8:00am-4:00pm every weekday.

Requirements:

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities would include assisting teachers with theme-based lessons, chaperoning weekly field trips, overseeing recreation time for students, and providing tutoring assitance to at-risk, inner city youths in the Boston area. Volunteers will also have the opportunity to offer programming based on skill sets.
