Description

Works with the special events committee. Determine value, write description, set opening bit price, print and number auction sheets, set up auction, manage auction volunteers, notify winners, collect financial information, distribute prizes, report on total proceeds to event committee. Oversee raffle table set up. Oversee clean up efforts. Post Event Activities. Oversee clean up Verify all in-kinds written on donated prizes. Send out thank yous to appropriate people involved with event. Requirements/Qualifications: Specific Requirements Include: Coordinate all pre event details of Internal & Misc Events (Golf, One Tough Run, Winter Wonderland, Ontario Reign & Quakes, Taste of IE, Concert Tickets) & External Events (St. Pats, GameDay). Send Invitations or call special guest invites, if applicable. Coordinate details for facility, food, entertainment etc for each event. Part of Raffle prize/auction item solicitation team. Coordinate sales of tickets for events (such as Quakes, Concert etc.). Assist with getting participants to event. Work with Volunteer Coordinator in determining the appropriate number of volunteers for even. Day of Event Activities. Work with Volunteer Coordinator with volunteer assignments. Participate in set up of event
