ReStore Sales Associate

Description
Responsibilities (At least one four-hour shift Tuesday – Saturday from 9–5):
To assist customers in locating materials within the store.
To keep shelves stocked and neat.
To keep aisles of the store clear and safe.
To greet customers entering the store in a friendly fashion.
To answer customers questions to the best of your ability or directing the customer to someone who can.
To occasionally assist with loading and unloading of items that come into the ReStore.
Requirements:
To be courteous and professional.
Communicate effectively with people of diverse backgrounds.
To learn about Habitat for Humanity and the ReStore, and be able to communicate our mission and purpose to volunteers and customers.
To be able to work in a team environment.
To be willing to work within the guidelines of Habitat for Humanity.
To help create an atmosphere within the Restore that encourages and fosters an open sharing of ideas, concerns, and hopes.
** Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age **
