Description

The Resident Director provides supervision in the evenings, after regular staff have left. Some responsibilities include: building relationships with the women, leading evening devotions, setting the house alarm at curfew, dispensing evening medications.

Requirements:
This person should be highly interested in building relationships with the women in the program and have excellent discernment and conflict resolution skills.
