Description

Lorax Community project (http://LoraxCommunity.org) is what many may consider to be something akin to recreation of the Garden of Eden.
Our organisation is in need of immediate help and support in order to keep our NY/Long Island garden up and running, and also to expand the project across the country.

We are extremely eager to connect with any individual or group willing to offer workshops in plant-based permaculture (sustainable living), preferably from an Ahimsa perspective, anywhere within the greater New York City/Long Island vicinity and beyond.

While it seems that veganic permaculture/sustainability projects are plentiful around the UK (at least according to Google), such projects appear to be be few and far-between in the US. It is part of our mission to fill this void, and have set up a forum to create the means to do so in New York, Florida, California, Ohio & beyond...

It would be greatly appreciated for anyone who feels that they may be of help to our mission in any to way get in contact with us ASAP. Please help by volunteering your skills, donating funds, and spreading the word to as many people as you think could benefit from our work in some way.

You may reach us by way of the forms provided here, and also via the contact form on our website (http://LoraxCommunity.org/contact). We can also be found here on FaceBook (http://FaceBook.com/LoraxCommunity) as well as Twitter (http://Twitter.com/LoraxCommunity).

We eagerly look forward to connecting with some wonderful new people soon, and send many thanks in advance to whomever is willing to help!

Thank you and God bless! =)
