Description
We seek to combine finely honed medical skills with compassionatte touch to care for the whole person body, mind and spirit. We serve:
- The Homeless
- Low Income Individuals
- The Uninsured
- The under-insured
Provide medical services, consultation and referrals
Listening to the presented complaint
Examination of the patient
Prescribe appropriate medications
Refer to other sources when necessary for therapy or other diagnostic methods
Documentation of the visit in the S.O.A.P. manner
Identify to nurse required follow-up
Requirements:
INTEREST IN OUR MISSION TO PROVIDE BASIC MEDICAL SERVICES AND HOLISTIC HEALTH PROGRAMS TO UNINSURED, UNDER-INSURED AND LOW INCOME PEOPLE WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION.
Current and active license for Colorado
Current DEA license
Desire and ability to work with low-income and homeless individuals
Applicants must complete a volunteer application, interview and a background check

EVENING CLINIC OPERATES BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, MONDAY-WEDNESDAY 5:30-8:30 PM
