Description
Looking for someone organized, with an understanding of management in a outreach health care office. Familiar with organizing and managing an office in need of structure. Assists in the creation of files, forms, documents, as well as letter writing. Works closely with the executive director.
Requirements
Pleasant speaking voice; knowledgeable in the areas of filing, typing, creation of documents and some letter writing. Casual, but professional when dealing with clients and other professional people.
Ability to self-initiate is necessary; you must already have the confidence to know what to do and when unsure, be willing to figure out how to do it!
Oversee the duties and scheduling of medical assistant externs.
Computer skills require knowledge and the ability to use Microsoft Office and Excel.
