Leaders must assist the pastors in ministry goals and objectives. Assist The pastor if called upon for prayer,bible styudy, ministry events and community outreach if needed.

Leaders must be seasoned in ministry have a hunger for the lord and mission to fufill and meet the need of helping the church.Leaders must be born again and willing to dedicate their time to the pastor and ministry as a whole as the ministry grows and win souls to the Kingom of God.
