Description
Make a difference at this fun and exciting opportunity to work with k-8th Grade kids.
Homework Club is an academic and recreational enrichment program meeting Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons each week from 3:30pm-6:00pm. Students receive assistance with homework, play educational games, do Bible studies, and participate in other enriching activities. We are looking for energetic, caring volunteers to help our students with their homework at least once a week.

Requirements
For NEW volunteers:
1. Completed Little Lights Volunteer Application
2. Attendance to one LL New Volunteer Orientation
3. Attendance to all necessary program-specific trainings
4. Up-to-date negative TB record
5. Background check (After sending in your application you will receive an email from Christianbackgroundchecks.com asking you fill out their online form. The cost is $10.00. Once you fill out the form the search results will be sent directly to myself. Your information is kept confidential. Having a background check is something we are legally required to do for all our volunteers and staff)
For RETURNING volunteers:
1. Up-to-date TB records, annually
2. Attendance to all necessary program-specific trainings
3. Any of the aforementioned volunteer requirements, if you have not taken care of them before (including attendance to a New Volunteer Orientation!)
