Description
Family Rescue Ministries and Family and Senior Homeless Initiative (FSHI) and Case Management
Pre-Screening: will involve completing pre-screening for all prospective families. You will assist in answering incoming calls and following up with recorded messages.
Applications and Interviews: will include assisting in the evaluation of family status for program approval through the interview process. You will assist in educating the families towards self-sufficiency, and you will develop and maintain personal caseload of applicants.
Follow-Up: with clients will include phone and personal conversations with clients; working through a follow-up worksheet provided for the family.
Spiritual Ministry: will include praying with families; learning how to effectively share the Gospel with clients; providing spiritual support for families; handing out Gospel literature and Bibles.
