Description

We are currently looking for new volunteers to work with our learners on a weekly basis. The volunteer commitment is for two hours of instruction per week, for a period of six months. After the initial commitment, volunteers can then decide to continue working with the same learner (most do), to work with a different learner, or to take a break. In order to be matched with a learner, you must attend our 15-hour training workshop.

For the fall of 2011, we will be offering training workshops in Medford. ItÂ’s important to remember that itÂ’s possible to be matched with a learner who lives close to the town where you live if you donÂ’t live in Medford.

Many volunteers like to attend the workshops with a friend or family member who is also interested in becoming a volunteer. Please share this posting with other people who may be interested!
