Description

A Development Rep has the privilege of seeing the great things God is doing among the poor of America's inner cities and then engaging people with resources to invest in the expanding vision. He/she would be working alongside seasoned development staff as part of Here's Life Inner City's national team.



Requirements:
Relates warmly to people
Good storyteller
Ability to communicate vision, faith, and HLIC mission
Organized
Conversational, letter-writing, and phone skills
Flexibility to travel
Not intimidated by the culture of wealth
Comfortable challenging people to be financial partners
Computer knowledge (to learn/use Goldmine)
Solid spiritual walk.

Scope: Caseload of major donors and a geographic area of the U.S.

Reporting Structure: HLIC National Team, Development Dept.
