A Special Message to Group Leaders ?

In Motion Ministries (IMM) wants to be your partner in providing a great mission trip for your group. We take care of the mountain of logistics and details involved in making a mission trip happen. By joining hands with us, you can be sure of a quality missions experience and be free to invest your time in the spiritual development of those in your group. There are two ways your group could be involved with IMM:
1. You can bring a group of any size to participate in one of our scheduled trips. Your group will be part of a larger team. This is a great option for smaller groups and for groups that have not been involved in a mission trip before. We believe there is a great value in integrating your group with others.

2. If you have a group of TEN or more, we can put together a custom mission trip just for your group. Simply fill out this manual and send it back to us. We will put together an option or two that will fit your short-term mission dreams and present it to you.
We will fine tune the project as much as possible to meet your dream. We will take care of the set-up and logistics for your trip, as well as provide an experienced certified IMM team leader to accompany your team and assist you in implementing the missions project.

What is covered...
All the costs that make these mission trips possible, from the day you arrive at IMT to the day you arrive back in Colorado, are figured into the price. The trip cost covers meals, lodging, transportation and administrative costs during IMT and on the mission field. Please note that funds must be sent to us in U.S. dollars.

What is not covered...
You will have to provide your own spending money, personal items, transportation to IMT, and transportation home at the end of your tour. You will also need to cover the passport application fee, visa cost, shots, and customs departure tax if any of these are necessary for your mission adventure.
