Description
Habitat Homes: We are currently working on 4-6 homes (on average) every day. In order to complete these homes on time so families can move in, we need your help!
We are in particular need of construction volunteers who can work with us on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Tasks that volunteers help with include framing, vinyl siding, painting, trim carpentry, landscaping and odd jobs.
ReStore: a home improvement materials outlet store, also can use weekday volunteers Tuesdays thru Fridays. Typical tasks include pricing and moving product from the warehouse to the retail floor, assisting with donation pick ups, assisting customers on the retail floor, cleaning, organizing and assisting with deconstruction projects.
Requirements:
No experience is necessary and any tools you may need will be provided. Experienced contractors are also welcome.
