Description

We are need of an attorney to help us develop a couple of things -

1. Preparation of articles of Incorporation for a partner organization, which is a non-denominational Christian Church in NYC

2. Advice on how to expand our fraternal organization into states where we currently have members. This includes development of an application, waivers, etc.

Requirements:
Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York or any other state and be able/willing to provide proof of same.
