Description

Indianapolis Animal Care & Control, the state's largest animal shelter, is in need of caring individuals interested in photographing shelter animals for adoption-oriented Web sites.


Petfinder, Pet Harbor, Adopt-a-Pet.com and other sites are becoming an easy and popular way for potential adopters to find their new best friends. Having high-quality photos and detailed biographies gives every animal a better chance of getting adopted.


All training is provided, flexible hours for today's busy schedules are available. If you have a love of snapping pictures, this is a great opportunity to make a difference doing something you already enjoy!

Requirements:
Must undergo a brief training on Animal Care & Control policies and procedures, have great photography skills and enjoy writing.


Must provide own camera. Computer to upload pictures (at shelter) is available but can also be done at home..


Must have a passion for animals, dogs and cats in particular!
