Angel Tree Toy Drive
|
Description
Angel Tree provides new toys and clothes for needy area children at Christmas time. For man, the toys and clothes that they receive through The Salvation Army's Angel Tree program are the only gifts these kids will have to open on Christmas morning.
For 27 years, The Salvation Army has called upon local businesses and organizations to make a difference in kid's lives by participating in the Angel Tree program. This past year, 68 companies and organizations provided toys and clothes for 5,217 children from 2,149 families.
This year, our goal is to help 6,000 area children and that is where you come in.
We need your help in making this year's Angel Tree program more successful than lasty year. There are plenty of volunteer opportunities during this Christmas season but we do hope that you think of The Salvation Army.
