Description
Youth enrichment program runs Monday-Thursday from 3:00-6:00pm. We are looking for individuals who enjoy building meaningful relationships with youth and engaging in activities surrounding the arts, physical fitness, technology, cross-cultural learning and educational support. We are looking for individuals (ages 17 and up) to volunteer once a week.Please contact YuShan Jiang at jiangjiang728@gmail.com or 215-288-8508 for more details.
Requirements
Be able to volunteer at least once a week from 3-6pm Monday through Thursday for a minimum of a 10 week period,, program runs from October 2011 to June 2012
A commitment to principles of love, social justice, reconciliation, and redemption
The experience, or the desire to learn, in multi-cultural contexts
A love for children and youth
Dependability and faithfulness in completing assignments
A spirit of teachability and team work
Attend required volunteer training
Complete and return required clearances and paperwork
