Adventure Camping Intern!

Description
Scripture Union WA's adventure camping department opens the opportunity to develop amazing skills in leading groups and teaching outdoor adventure activities to young people. Our interns spend 6 to 12 months running camps for young people from WA schools, learning from experienced expedition staff and gaining responsibility and confidence over the course of the program.
Interns find the internship life-changing as they grow in their faith, hard skills and people skills.
Requirements:
Ability to drive in Australia.
Ability to confidently swim 400 metres using freestyle.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to relate well to children, teenagers and school teachers.
A love of the outdoors.
At times you will be required to camp in wilderness areas with no facilities (ie no running water, electricity, toilets, showers, buildings or mobile phone reception).
