USALearns.org is a free website, launched by the US Department of Education, geared towards helping adult immigrants with limited understanding of the English language. USALearns provides training for adults, as well as resources for Adult Literacy teachers. While the lesson plans on the site are almost exclusively in English, instructions are offered in both English and Spanish.

This is really helpful program for those who wanted to learn speaking English fluently. Surely there are lots of people that is interested and also wanted to work harder for them to learn languages, which is necessary for good communication.Obama on Jay Leno.
