TechMission's October newsletter shares our statistics for ChristianVolunteering.org and UrbanMinistry.org.
It also includes a brief description of TechMission's AC4 membership benefits, and lists our current job opportunities.

After our first year of operation, ChristianVolunteering.org has placed 1,256 volunteers with 1,847 opportunities from 1,116 organizations with visitors from 178 countries/territories. The site's partners of TechMission, Salvation Army, Association of Gospel Rescue Missions, CCDA, UYWI, YouthPartnersNet and HLIC. Our goal for the next year is to place over 2,500 volunteers in over 4,000 opportunities across 2,500 organizations with over 1 million unique visitors. How you can help us reach that goal:
UrbanMinistry.org provides a web portal for those interested in urban ministry and social justice. The site has 2,644 articles, sermons, videos and workshops on social justice topics with 8,535 registered users and 1,979 organizations. The site's partners include CCDA, AGRM, YouthPartnersNet, Kingdomworks, UrbNet, FASTEN and other ministries which contribute content. Most of the material is shared under a Creative Commons License, which enables ministries to re-use the content. All ChristianVolunteering.org users also have accounts with UrbanMinistry.org.
