  • This donation is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation; U.S. public libraries with 501(c)(3) designation or an FSCS ID; U.S. educational institutions such as schools, colleges, universities, and vocational schools; Canadian charity registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA); and Canadian nonprofits that are incorporated either provincially, or at the federal level.
  • Each qualifying organization may request up to three products per year within a fiscal year -- July 1 to June 30.
  • Organizations must represent and warrant that they are willing to provide information to Wikispaces for the purposes of creating a case study and/or testimonial on this product.
  • Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program.  Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
  • Wikispaces products may not be transferred or resold.

Wikispaces Donation Program

Wikispaces has teamed with TechSoup Stock to make hosted wikis available to nonprofit organizations and schools in the U.S. and Canada and to U.S. Public Libraries.

Each qualifying organization may request a donation of up to three hosted wikis within one fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).

VeriFone and NPC Donation Program (In-Kind Donation)

  • Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
  • This donation is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation.
  • The NPC merchant account has a minimum commitment of 3 years.
  • A copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) Determination Letter must be submitted with your application (This is in addition to the copy that should be faxed to TechSoup Stock).
  • Additional supporting materials must be submitted with application.  See processing page for details.
  • A State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is required if you intend to purchase supplies without sales tax from NPC in the future.

VeriFone and National Processing Company (NPC) are pleased to offer a comprehensive donation program for nonprofits.  This program boasts no start up fees, and everyone who participates is eligible to receive a free electronic printer with their donated credit card terminal.

Please note: If you received a VeriFone/NPC donation through TechSoup Stock before printers were included as part of the offering, you are also eligible to receive a free printer.  Just email techsoup@npc.net with your organization name and also include your order number, if possible.

Telosa and TechSoup Stock are pleased to offer Exceed! Basic to U.S. 501(c)(3) nonprofits, Canadian charitable organizations, and U.S. and Canadian public libraries for a special nonprofit discount rate, which includes the small TechSoup Stock administrative fee.
