Wikispaces Restrictions:

• Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
• This donation is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation; U.S. public libraries with 501(c)(3) designation or an FSCS ID; U.S. educational institutions such as schools, colleges, universities, and vocational schools; Canadian charity registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA); and Canadian nonprofits that are incorporated either provincially, or at the federal level.
• Each qualifying organization may request up to three products per year within a fiscal year -- July 1 to June 30.
• Organizations must represent and warrant that they are willing to provide information to Wikispaces for the purposes of creating a case study and/or testimonial on this product.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program.  Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• Wikispaces products may not be transferred or resold.

• Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
• This donation is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation, or Canadian Registered Charities with a Confirmation of Registration letter from the Canada Revenue Agency.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program.  Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• WebGecko products may not be transferred or resold.

For the APGen 2.1 product:

• Up to 1 item request may be fulfilled within a fiscal year - July 1st to June 30th.

For the ASPCache 1.1 product:

• Up to 10 item requests may be fulfilled within a fiscal year - July 1st to June 30th.

VeriFone Restrictions:

• Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
• This donation is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation.
• The NPC merchant account has a minimum commitment of 3 years.
• A copy of your organization's 501(c)(3) Determination Letter must be submitted with your application (This is in addition to the copy that should be faxed to TechSoup Stock).
• Additional supporting materials must be submitted with application.  See processing page for details.
• A State Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is required if you intend to purchase supplies without sales tax from NPC in the future.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program.  Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• VeriFone products may not be transferred or resold.

TechSoup Stock lists the following Restrictions.

Ulead Restrictions:

• Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
• An organization is limited to a maximum of three ULead products per fiscal year.
• This donation is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation, or Canadian Registered Charities with a Confirmation of Registration letter from the Canada Revenue Agency.
• This donation is only available to organizations that do youth-related education and/or training.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program.  Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• Ulead products may not be transferred or resold. 

TechSoup Stock lists the following Restrictions.

Telosa Restrictions:

• Donated product will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
• This discounted offering is available only to U.S. nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation, Canadian Registered Charities with a Confirmation of Registration letter from the Canada Revenue Agency, and public libraries.  U.S. public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES) database.  Canadian public libraries must appear on a list collected for us by the Public Library Services Branch, Ministry of Education in British Columbia.
• Each qualifying organization may request a single donation within a fiscal year (July 1 – June 30).
• Organizations must have annual operating budgets of US$500,000 or less to be eligible to receive this discount.
• Organizations must be willing and able to provide information to Telosa for the purposes of creating a case study on this program.
• Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program.  Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
• Telosa products may not be transferred or resold.
