Today, September 21, 2009, is World Alzheimer's Day
According to Wikipedia, an estimated 26.6 million people worldwide were diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease only three years ago. As this number continues to grow, communities all over the world, including policy makers, doctors, researchers and families caring for Alzheimer's patients, are rallying together to show support for and look for ways to cure and control this disease.
