This book offers an excellent overview of a process of co-evaluation applicable to any organization that involves continuous, constructive, cooperative evaluation with an eye to making the organization more effective. Note that this resource is written for a fairly sophisticated audience and will likely be more useful to practitioners with some experience in organizational development issues. The book grew out of group discussions sponsored by Independent Sector that engaged nonprofit managers, grant makers, evaluation consultants, and academics.
