Summary:

 

The goal of the Roundtable on Religion and Social Welfare Policy is to provide a balanced, nonpartisan assessment of the emerging role of faith-based organizations in the American social welfare system.  The Roundtable is run by the Rockefeller Institute of Government and utilizes its partnerships with the George Washington University Law School and the organization Search for Common Ground to examine the legal developments related to government support for faith-based programs while expanding understanding of public policy through a consensus building approach.
