God has uniquely equipped his people to exercise their time and talents to restore our communities in Jesus' name. However this great asset, the contribution of lay volunteers, has continuously been overlooked. This workshop is designed to offer insights and practical application for rediscovering the lost art of leading a volunteer driven ministry.
