Pre-eminent African-American Harvard Professor Possible Victim of Racial Profiling at Home
At UrbanMinistry.org, we strive to stay on the frontline of all struggles against injustice including racial discrimination. Recently, there was another possible instance of racial profiling by police in our greater Boston area. Only this time the victim was distinguished Harvard professor, Henry Louis Gates Jr. Professor Gates said that the events surrounding the arrest at his Cambridge home occurred because, " I'm a black man in America."
