Summary:

Soft skills training programs are described in the Instructor’s Guide of a Job Readiness Curriculum.  The curriculum is divided into nine 45-minute sessions, which consist primarily of discussion about short examples and some exercises. The focus is on helping participants develop the soft skills necessary for service sector employment. It includes teacher instructions and handouts.
