Young Filmmakers Give Voice to Democracy

TakingITGlobal, the Youth Media Exchange, and many agencies and organizations, including the U.S. government, have partnered to sponsor a video contest. All filmmakers need to do is to create a short film that finishes the sentence "Democracy is..." Winners will get an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C., New York, and Hollywood, as well as a chance to meet with democracy advocates from around the world.
