Mission Statement

Training and Coaching 4 Success is the Voice and the Hand that encourages positive human development and strong sustainable communities. We help people pursue positive changes. We build strong partnerships. We strengthen organizations. We focus on building those skills that will help make the most beneficial effective impact. To accomplish this, Training and Coaching 4 Success’ charitable nonprofit mission is to offer exceptional coaching, training, workforce programs and technical assistance.

What We Believe
God's Word is relevant today and we consistently proclaim it that way. God is all-powerful, all-knowing and has God who created the universe and every living thing.

The Holy Bible contains all the guidelines we need to live a joyous and fulfilling purposeful life. It's the ultimate source of truth and has the power to re-shape and forever change lives.

God is interested in you and is a powerful, minute-by-minute presence in your life.
God cares for you and desires to communicate with you to show your paths to His purpose here on earth. God’s plan and purpose for followers of Jesus Christ is set forth in the re-telling of Jesus’ journey on earth. (Isaiah 61:1 and Luke 4:18)
Our knowledge of Jesus and his life comes from the Bible which contains Jesus' message, The Gospel according to Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. For females of color and others of courage, it continues to be the “The Good News”.
