Mission Statement

The Seniors Connection provides mobility by linking older adults to services and resources so they can live as independently as possible and remian integral members of the community.

Description

The Senior Connection is a "Faith in Action" program from the National model of "Interfaith Caregivers" of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Volunteers provide free services to adults 62 and older living in Montgomery County, MD. The Senior Connection works with a coalition of faith communities of all cultures and religious beliefs to help seniors age in place.
