Center for Agricultural & Rural Development (CARD)
is based in Hydaerbad in Andhra Pradesh, India.
We work with the urban slums, sub-urban settlements,
and rural areas of Krishna, Warangel Districts.

With reasonable infrastructure, we have competent
personnel to plan, impliment, and evaluate developmental
programmes aiming at the total well being of the weaker
section of society.

Diksha projects are monitored at regular intervals and the intervals could vary on the basis of the impact, budgets and resource availability of the different projects.
Project monitoring at Diksha could be divided into two categories - Monitoring Methodology and Monitoring Mechanism.

To Build an Orphanage that is financially self supported. To motivate Churches in India to be financially self sufficient. To Send Missionaries from India and send them to the poor nations. And These Missionaries are well prepared to be self supportive(financially) so that they don't need to depend on sponsorship.

Building people

Education is the basic principle that will lead to prosperity for
the Santal tribe. However First Light has much wider ideals.
Education is the basic need for the children and the village, but
so is good health. Therefore First Light will arrange a medical
check for the children as often as possible. This is accompanied
by a course for the parents about sanitation and health. Also
HIV/AIDS will be included in a course for the village to make
them acquainted with the medical possibilities.
