The mission of Harvesting in Spanish is to be the Lord?s hand extended to the spiritually and physically needy Spanish-speaking people of El Salvador in Central America. H.I.S. provides an ethical, knowledgeable organization for like-minded denominational and independent churches, agencies and individuals who want to help children and reach people for Christ.

South Florida Urban Ministries seeks to partner with churches and organizations to create and expand ministries of compassion and justice in the communities of Southeast Florida.


We fulfill our mission by collaborating and working with community organizations and churches across denominational lines in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Monroe counties to help them build strong urban ministries through technical assistance, training, fundraising, leadership development, capacity building, coordination of services, and vision-strategy development. Through these churches and organizations we empower people to move from poverty to prosperity through holistic youth development, small business development and hunger relief ministries.

Enable people of all faiths to work together to identify needs, to collaborate with community groups, and to assist in creating solutions for those members of our community who are in need.

Our mission is to create multi-cultural programs that both nurture artists and exhibit a variety of artistic works and impart those artistic skills to the youth.

Its message is based on the Bible. Its ministry is motivated by the love of God. Its mission is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to meet human needs in His name without discrimination.

DOOR-Miami connects the volunteer as groups or individuals to the ministries and agencies of Miami.

The purpose of Christians in Recovery is:

To bring the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to people seeking recovery and wholeness in their lives.

To minister to those seeking recovery from life's trials, problems, addictions and dysfunctions.

To provide information, tools and resources to those in need of recovery so that balance and order may be restored in their lives.

To promote active discussion of the Bible, the 12 Steps of Christians in Recovery and personal experiences in recovery so that people can come closer to God, become stronger in Him, and be spiritually nourished.

To provide an atmosphere where recovering people may feel comfortable sharing their Christian faith.

To encourage mutual sharing of strength, hope and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ as it pertains to recovery.

To attract others to a belief in God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit as well as recovery.
