It is the mission of the Pasadena Memorial High School (PMHS) Speech and Debate program first to develop an active listener and then a student who will seek to understand all sides of an issue (whether world affairs or personal choices). He/She will become intellectually competent through extensive research on various speech subjects, and through researching and argument of the debate topics. The enduring legacy of forensics training in Debate, Public Speaking and Oral Interpretation of Literature is the ability to conceptualize and communicate ideas clearly, effectively, and with lasting resonance. Our students not only strive to better themselves as individuals, but as citizens of their society.

We are committed to Evangelizing the youth generation near major population centers, discipling them, and training them to continue the Great Commission as they establish non-facility dependent (NFD) churches.

We believe this youth generation can complete the Great Commission if won, guided, trained and supported. We are a part of an international effort to touch 1 million young people with the Gospel of Jesus Christ every year through exciting and innovative camp experiences.

Walking Faith Ministry (WFM) was founded to obey and carry out the Lord’s command and great commission in Matthew 28:19-20 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even to the end of the world.” This commitment will be implemented upon the foundation of Jesus Christ utilizing the Metro Ministry model to reach at-risk inner-city youth and children, first in the City of Houston, secondly to our nation and then beyond, into the utter most parts of the earth.

The Mission of The CAC is to provide a professional, compassionate and coordinated approach to the treatment of sexually abused children and their families and to serve as an advocate for all children in our community.

Since 1985, the Center for Cultural Interchange (CCI) has been dedicated to the promotion of cultural understanding, academic development, environmental consciousness, and world peace. Through our many years of experience, we have found that the experiential learning involved in student exchange helps people appreciate other ways of life and consequently improves their own. Over the years, we have worked with thousands of students and seen their lives transformed and enriched as a result of their experiences abroad.

The goal of the street outreach program is to introduce the secular youth to Jesus Christ in a non-religious, fun, innovative way. Youth in turn open their hearts to God and allow Him to change them from the inside out. The youth that are involved in Lead by Faith Media Ministries are involved in these outreaches alongside seasoned leaders, so that they can be trained up in evangelism.

Hope for Youth builds and maintains long-term Christian mentoring relationships with urban youth to challenge and enable them to reach their full potential spiritually, academically, and socially.

It is our desire to promote UNITY in the commUNITY in The Houston area. We want to provide our youth with information as well as hosting events to keep them busy doing positive, uplifting things with their gifts and talents. We need singers, dancers, musicians, artists, carpenters, and the list goes on. No matter what they are able to do, we can find a way to include them. And for those who might not know what their gifts or talents are, we will do our part to help them realize it and then cultivate it. There is a GREAT work to be done and we are ready and able to do it. :-)
