Mission Statement

We are a missions organization using higher education to reach the world by preparing Christian leaders for ministry. Our mission is to establish self sufficient, nationally owned and run training centers/seminaries in the language and culture of the local people and train them to become the trainers. They duplicate themselves and connect to our international system. We also facilitate study centers in the US and Canada.

Description

MINTS (Miami International Seminary) is an 501 c 3 educational organization established in 2000 in order take theological and ministry training to the people where they live. In Miami this means holding classes throughout the communities in the city and globally this means assisting nationals to have their own schools that the use to reach their people. Using a duplicating model MINTS has grown from 30 students in 1 school to 4000 students in 200 schools in 55 countries in 11 languages. We bring to the national believers training, curricula, degree programs (Cert through PhD in Theo Studies), oversight, recognition, standards, and international cooperation.

Other distinctives - all personnel raise their own support to work with us. We own no buildings preferring to put all funds into expanding the program. We are working to build and leave behind a curriculum in every language.

Organizational Statement of Faith

We hold to all recognized historic creeds of the Christian faith and in particular the Westminster Confession of Faith.
