Mission Statement

Vision: To positively impact the world through education, business and community.

The organization has a 3-pronged mission for its members:

1. For prospectives to successfully prepare for business school and global leadership through our training programs.

2. For current students and alumni MBAs to engage in on-going professional development, serve as Mentors and become positive change agents as business leaders within their communities.

3. For Business Schools and Companies to utilize the organization as a means to promote their institutions, recruit talent and learn effective diversity recruiting and retention methods.

Description

MBADiversity began as a grassroots movement in 2003 and has since evolved into a 501 c 3 inclusive MBA prep program and professional membership organization. With both American and international members, the organization has successfully created a new breed of multicultural business professionals who live life with passion and evoke positive change within their respective communities.

MBADiversity manages MPDP (the professional development training program), the Fellows Program and global events, all targeting both domestic and international members.

Organizational Statement of Faith

MBADiversity Professional Development Program (MPDP)
Where Theory meets The Real World

FAITH-BASED SEMINAR SERIES (FAITH)- a series
of workshops and fellowship opportunities for the
purpose-driven professional.

Our optional faith-based workshop series are based on principles taught in the Bible and divinely inspired best-selling books including Rick Warren's Purpose Driven Life, John Bevere's Driven by Eternity, Ken Blanchard's leadership books and John Maxwell's
books and curriculum on leadership.

FAITH is designed for those who wish to fellowship with others while determining their divine purpose, grow spiritually, and utilize their gifts to positively impact the marketplace and our respective communities.

The Statement of Faith for our FAITH module:
To submit to God’s will for our lives and build for His kingdom personally and professionally.
