Mission Statement

Love Never Fails International seeks to:

· Partner with low-income children and families to bring about social, economic and spiritual rebirth through assistance, tutoring and mentoring;

· Pursue lasting solutions to the underlying causes of poverty and bring relief to those who are suffering;

· Create in the midst of urban blight wholesome places for families to flourish;

· Lend a hand up, not a hand out; and

· Empower families to rise above negative circumstances.

Description

Love Never Fails is a non-profit organization that exists to provide at-risk and impoverished children with a "hand up, not a hand out" in life through mentoring and our after school programs. We believe it is through relationships that our mission can be achieved. Once a child feels secure in a consistent and caring relationship, their emotional deficiencies are more readily overcome. All activities and lessons at the centers are developed in such a way to make learning fun and exciting, while fostering the student-mentor relationship. Such activities include character development, team building activities, reading activities, tutoring help with homework, mentoring, sports, games, and an afternoon snack.
We provide training to our mentors.
We seek those with a heart to love children.
We ask for those who feel confident in reading with children and assisting with math.

Organizational Statement of Faith

We believe that love never fails, and through God's love we can provide a hand up to those who are hurting and need the love of God.

LNFI invites you to join us in 2011 as greater things are yet to come for so many children and families as we pursue lasting solutions to the underlining causes of poverty and bring relief to those who are suffering
